Job Supangkat, a managing partner, possesses extensive professional experience in designing, managing, monitoring, and evaluating development programs, ranging from small to large-scale investment projects. His responsibilities include project acquisition, proposal development, serving as project manager/team leader, and maintaining relationships with project owners and other stakeholders. He has expertise in Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA), Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), and exposure to the IFC/World Bank’s Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS).
Arrie Tjahyo Setiawan
With over 15 years of experience in the energy sector, he has played pivotal roles in various initiatives. His expertise includes designing and organizing capacity-building programs, developing MRV systems for bioenergy power plants, and conducting baseline studies on coal power plants. He has also supervised energy audits in commercial buildings and contributed to the development of Energy and Climate Action Plans (ECAP) for Bogor and Bitung cities. His work extends to the Renewable Energy & Energy Efficiency Partnership (REEEP) global initiative and the Municipal Street Lighting Upgrade Program for PLN, where he oversaw MRV fieldwork, energy savings reporting, and carbon emissions reduction. He also possesses a strong network within Indonesia’s policy arena.
